As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager - Accounts & Finance. This is a key leadership role for someone who is ready to contribute to the financial strength and strategic direction of a rapidly expanding organization.

Experience

•  Partly/ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) will get priority
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Indenting Firm, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Candidate must have prior working experience in a Limited Company.

Key Responsibilities are below:

• Lead and manage the Accounts and Finance departments
• Oversee all daily financial operations and accounting activities
• Develop budgets and generate financial statements & reports, including profit & loss, expenses, and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
• Advise top management on financial planning, risks, and investment decisions
• Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting
• Manage cash flow and prepare financial forecasts
• Develop and implement SOPs to streamline departmental operations
• Oversee the proper use of accounting and ERP software for accuracy and control
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls
• Supervise internal audit processes
• Identify financial risks in projects and operations
• Ensure compliance with Tax and VAT regulations
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Manage fund allocation, bank facilities, loans, and project financing
• Monitor and reconcile the general ledger
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
• Monitor receivables from clients and ensure timely billing and collection
• Oversee billing& payments to vendors, subcontractors, and service providers
• Review financial terms in contractor and vendor agreements
• Monitor project finances, collections, budgets, and expenditures
• Prepare and manage budgets for individual projects
• Track project-wise expenses, revenue, and profitability
