Key Responsibilities

• Client Relations & Sales: Negotiate with clients (apparel brands, manufacturers, etc.), understand their needs, prepare/present price quotations, and propose solutions.

• Accounting & Financial Management: Oversee branch/facility revenue, cost control, and budget management.

• HR & Team Management: Manage staff recruitment, training, shift scheduling, and ensure a positive working environment.

• QC (Quality Control) Operations: Ensure the quality of the inspection process on-site, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
