1. Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.

2. Prepare monthly progress reports.

3. Maintain project contracts in accordance with the FIDIC Red Book.

4. Draft and review contractual letters, notices, responses, and formal communications.

5. Track contractual submissions and ensure timely responses.

6. Maintain correspondence registers and communication logs.

7. Ensure all communications comply with contractual requirements.

8. Maintain regular communication with Clients, Engineers, Consultants, Design Teams, and Project Management Teams.

9. Attend coordination meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.

10. Follow up on design reviews, approvals, observations, and pending actions.

11. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues.

12. Monitor submission status and approval progress.

13. Develop baseline programmes, revised programmes, and recovery schedules.

14. Maintain project records, document registers, and submission trackers.

15. Experience in projects funded by ADB, JICA, World Bank, or other international agencies will be preferred.
