Manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Ensure product availability by coordinating with Procurement and Inventory teams.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team to drive online sales.

Analyze sales and campaign performance and recommend improvements to achieve business targets.

Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning for uninterrupted sales operations.

Prepare operational performance reports and analyze key business metrics.
