Job Description
- Company License
- Develop and implement HR and administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention activities.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Supervise office administration, facilities management, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, budgets, and management presentations.
- Support organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Having Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Recruitment / Staffing.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
