Danys Knitwear Ltd. and DNM Apparels Ltd. is a sister concern of Mahbub Group of Industries Ltd. Both are 100% export oriented Knit Garments and Woven Garments and is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic persons for its Logic ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Development to lead and implement ERP Operations effectively and efficiently at Head Office and Factory site respectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Policy & SOP Development:
- Policy Develop: Develop ERP Policy of the entire Garments Sector at present market needs.
- Standard Operating System (SOP) Prepare, Maintain & Follow: Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the smooth running of the entire Garments Sector and follow the said SOP properly.
2. System Implementation & Customization:
- Map Apparel Workflows: Translate garment processes (e.g., style development, Bill of Materials/BOM generation, fabric consumption) into systemic ERP configurations.
- Manage Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external ERP software vendors or local IT partners for custom module developments, system upgrades, and debugging.
- Project Delivery: Lead system rollouts across spinning, knitting, dyeing, sewing, and washing units, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
3. Cross-Departmental Integration:
- Merchandising & Costing: Ensure pre-costing, sample tracking, and order booking data flow seamlessly into procurement pipelines.
- Production & Planning: Align ERP systems with floor allocation, line balancing metrics, Standard Allowable Minutes (SAM/SMV) tracking, and machine efficiency monitors.
- Inventory Control: Oversee digitized barcode/RFID fabric tracking, accessories dispatching, and yarn inventory optimization to prevent shortages or dead stock.
- Commercial & Finance: Monitor system readiness for Letter of Credit (L/C) management, back-to-back tracking, customs documentation, and automated payroll computations.
- Human Resource & Administration and Supply Chain: Closely worked with Human Resource Department and Supply Chain to gather functional requirements and solve operational pain points.
4. Data Integrity & Troubleshooting:
- Audit System Accuracy: Monitor daily data entry from operators across stores and production floors to correct discrepancies immediately.
- Technical Support: Provide timely resolution for functional issues and glitches to minimize downtime on the factory floor.
- Access Control: Supervise user accounts, access privileges, and data security protocols across corporate and factory networks.
5. Training & Change Management.
- User Training: Conduct regular workshops and formulate training manuals to onboard factory staff, supervisors, and department heads onto the ERP system. Also Collaborate closely with the ERP Team to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Enforce Adoption: Act as a change agent to phase out legacy manual spreadsheets or standalone local software in favor of centralized data entry.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of Logic ERP operations experience, with at least 05 years in a leadership role in a reputed Garments / Organization under Logic ERP Implementation.
- Minimum one project handover & hand on experience in Logic ERP implementation.
