Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and management of all R&D activities.
Design and implement trial protocols for product evaluation and optimization.
Coordinate laboratory and field trials across different locations with different crops.
Collect, analyze, and interpret trial data to assess product performance.
Prepare technical reports and provide data-driven recommendations for product development.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support innovation and successful product commercialization.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Having Master of Science in Agronomy degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Analytics / KPO / Research.
- At least 10 years of experience is needed.
