Analyze marketing performance, campaign results, and ROI, and prepare reports for management.

Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams to improve lead generation and conversion.

Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships to support business growth.

Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to improve marketing decisions.

Ensure accurate uploading of client information and timely completion of all required portal documentation.

Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to marketing strategies and service quality.

Prepare departmental work plans, assign tasks, and ensure accountability among team members.

Submit weekly and monthly performance reports, achievements, challenges, and action plans to management.
