About the role:
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead StudyNet's Marketing & Brand Communications across multiple markets. If you're passionate about digital marketing, brand building, team leadership, and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Lead digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content & Display Advertising.
- Build, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and manage marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve marketing goals.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative marketing solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing with proven leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email Marketing, CRM, and Marketing Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn & TikTok Ads.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working with digital agencies will be an added advantage.
Location: Banani, Dhaka
Working Hour: (Sun- Thu: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm)
