We are launching more than 300+ cosmetic items from approximately 10 leading authentic Korean brands and are looking for highly experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our market expansion across Bangladesh.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for imported authentic Korean cosmetics.

Build and expand dealer, distributor, wholesale, retail, and institutional sales networks throughout Bangladesh.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend assessments as well as identify new business opportunities and establish strong market presence for authentic Korean beauty brands.

Expert in Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing

Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Experience in Viral Marketing, Guerrilla Marketing, Flash Mob Campaigns, and Experiential Marketing

Develop trade marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand activation programs.

Coordinate with sales teams to achieve revenue and distribution targets.

Manage digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and online brand promotion for sales.

Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, beauty shops, pharmacies, and e-commerce partners.

Prepare periodic sales forecasts, marketing plans, and performance reports for management.

Expertise in Content Marketing, Blogging, Storytelling, and Brand Building

Skilled in Influencer Marketing and Community Building

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Online Lead Generation

Experience in Display Marketing, Outdoor Branding, Events, Activations, and Promotional Campaigns

Ability to create innovative and unconventional marketing campaigns that generate public attention and brand awareness

Knowledge of Video Marketing, Reels, Short-form Content, and Viral Content Creation

Experience in E-commerce Marketing and Customer Acquisition Strategies

Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and ROI
