· Basic understanding of Orthopedic and Spine surgical implants, instruments, and operating room procedures.

· Willingness to learn product specifications and clinical applications.

· Ability to build relationship with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, hospitals, and purchasing departments.

· Ability to travel frequently to hospitals and clinics.

· Self-motivated, target oriented, and able to work under pressure.
