Core Responsibilities

• System Installation: Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, supports, and related equipment for water, steam, gas, and waste disposal.

• Pipe Joining: Cut, thread, groove, and bend pipes to specifications using tools like saws, pipe threaders, and benders. Join pipes using various methods including welding, soldering, brazing, threading, and mechanical fittings.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventative maintenance, conduct leak tests, and clear blockages. Inspect structures to avoid issues with water pressure and drainage.

• Compliance: Ensure all plumbing, sanitary, and water treatment operations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as local plumbing codes.
