Job Description
Provide primary medical treatment and first aid to employees.
Diagnose common illnesses and prescribe appropriate medications.
Handle workplace injuries, emergencies, and referrals to hospitals when required.
Maintain employee medical records and prepare periodic health reports.
Monitor occupational health and hygiene standards within the factory.
Conduct health awareness training and wellness programs for employees.
Manage medicine inventory and ensure adequate medical supplies.
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and buyer compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Healthcare / Medical / Hospital.
- At least 1 years of experience is needed.
