Job Description
Plan, design, and support the expansion of the IIG-ISP network, including new Pops.
Perform day-to-day operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IP and TDM-based telecom networks.
Configure, install, and maintain transmission and network equipment.
Coordinate bandwidth capacity planning and vendor/carrier communication.
Respond to and resolve network incidents to minimize downtime.
Recommend and implement improvements to system performance and network security.
Maintain SOPs, network documentation, and activity reports.
Provide technical guidance to junior support engineers.
Perform other telecom and data-network tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Having Computer Science and Engineering degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are IT Services & Consulting.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
