We are looking for competent, compassionate, and dedicated Staff Nurses who possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering quality nursing services, assisting physicians in diagnosis and treatment, supporting emergency and routine clinical operations, and ensuring efficient healthcare services for both hospital patients and overseas medical examination applicants.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, nursing ethics, and international best practices.
- Assess patients’ physical and psychological conditions and continuously monitor their progress throughout treatment.
- Record and monitor patients’ vital signs, nursing observations, intake-output charts, and clinical status accurately.
- Administer oral medications, injections, IV fluids, blood transfusions, oxygen therapy, nebulization, and other prescribed treatments.
- Assist physicians during OPD consultations, IPD rounds, emergency management, minor surgeries, medical procedures, and diagnostic interventions.
- Prepare patients before surgical procedures, diagnostic investigations, and specialist consultations while ensuring proper patient education and informed preparation.
- Collect blood, urine, sputum, stool, and other laboratory specimens following standard collection and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, medication administration records (MAR), patient progress notes, treatment charts, and discharge summaries.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions, complications, or sudden deterioration and immediately communicate critical findings to the concerned physician.
- Ensure compliance with Infection Prevention & Control (IPC), patient safety policies, biomedical waste management, and quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of nursing stations, treatment rooms, emergency trolleys, and medical equipment.
- Ensure proper sterilization, storage, calibration, and maintenance of nursing instruments and clinical equipment.
