Soorty Textiles (BD) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Audit Officer / Executive (Operational Audit). The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting operational audits across manufacturing processes, verifying inventory movements, evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying operational risks, and recommending process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and safeguard company assets.

• Inventory Verification: Conduct regular physical verification and spot checks of raw materials, chemical stores, work-in-progress (WIP), accessories, and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Inter-Unit Movement Audit: Audit, reconcile, and verify all physical transfers of raw materials, fabrics, work-in-progress (WIP), accessories, and finished goods between factory units, production sections, and warehouse facilities.
• Operational Audits: Perform routine operational audits across production departments, including Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, Packing, and Warehouse operations, to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Gate Audit & Security Control: Conduct gate audits by verifying incoming and outgoing materials against Gate Passes, Challans, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and other supporting documents to prevent unauthorized movement or inventory leakage.
• Wastage & Consumption Audit: Review and verify actual fabric and accessories consumption against approved consumption standards and merchandising bookings to identify abnormal wastage and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare accurate, data-driven operational audit reports highlighting audit findings, control weaknesses, process gaps, operational risks, non-compliance issues, and cost-saving opportunities. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation.
