POSITION PURPOSE:

To provide day-to-day ERP user support, assist in data entry and reporting tasks, and ensure smooth system operations by coordinating with relevant departments and IT teams for basic troubleshooting and guidance.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support ERP users by resolving basic system-related issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Assist with ERP data entry, verification, and routine updates in coordination with functional teams.
• Guide users on ERP usage, screen navigation, and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate unresolved or technical ERP issues to senior team members or the ERP vendor.
• Monitor transaction logs and report inconsistencies or system errors to the supervisor.
• Prepare basic MIS reports as per management or departmental needs.
• Participate in user training sessions and workshops related to ERP and system updates.
• Maintain logs of support tickets, issues resolved, and frequently asked queries for reference.
• Perform periodic user account reviews and assist in role management under supervision.
• Assist in system testing, user acceptance, and documentation during ERP enhancements or upgrades.
