We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Officer - Fabric Quality to join our dynamic team in the knit textile industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of knitted fabrics throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods. This role requires a strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process inspections of knitted fabrics at various stages of production, including yarn inspection, knitting process monitoring, and finished fabric inspection.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformances, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all quality inspections and tests.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve quality and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding quality issues and concerns.
• Provide technical support to customers on fabric-related matters.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Train production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
