Job Description
Conduct continuous quality inspections on the production floor to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Monitor and supervise QC field team activities to ensure proper execution of quality checking procedures.
Perform in-process quality checks at different stages of production to detect defects or deviations early.
Ensure all quality control procedures, SOPs, and guidelines are properly followed by production and QC personnel.
Identify non-conforming products and immediately report issues to the QC Manager and production team.
Receive RM/PM sample and conduct physical and chemical analysis of incoming raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
Carry out online monitoring of Production process on daily basis.
Prepare test report for (Sanitary Napkin & Diaper) quality, measurements, element position.
Perform any relevant operation-related function indicated by the immediate Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Manufacturing.
- At least 1 years of experience is needed.
