The purpose of this position is to oversee fabric analysis and development processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery in collaboration with technical and operational teams. Additionally, train subordinates to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards.

• Need to find, understand and analyze fabric swatch from buyer.

• Need to analyze the feasibility of the proposed internal development with technical team and get their recommendation to build up the feasible proposal.

• Need to analyze and order the raw material requirements such as yarn, dyes and chemical and build up the process route and special dyeing and finishing requirements with support of technical team.

• Based on the raw materials arrival plan, need to prepare the executing plan of the development and internal developments and communicate to all technical and operational teams to have smooth floor of operation and developing the product list.

• Responsible to collect all the technical, raw material and process data and prepare a package of information’s to redo the product whenever we necessary.

• Ensure fabric quality as per the proposed customer standards and target esthetic as per our requirements by providing guidance to the technical teams.

• Be responsible for fabrics related quality matters and follow up quality levels in daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Capability of closely working with other departments to meet committed deliveries and customer specifications of all orders.

• Monitor production Critical Path to ensure all are in line with the final requirements.

• Sort out in all day-to-day production, quality, and operational related matters and also take advices from the higher authorities when it is necessary.

• Take the additional responsibility time to time when requested by the management.

• Follow up the all quality and gauge changes to make sure everything is on targets.

• Maintain OTD and RFT Training the subordinates to enhance their knowledge to get maximum out from them.
