ACI Motors Limited, a subsidiary of ACI PLC, is one of Bangladesh's leading providers of agricultural mechanization solutions. The Agri Machineries Business offers a comprehensive range of products, including Tractors, Power Tillers, Combine Harvesters, Rice Transplanters, Reapers, Diesel Engines, and other modern agricultural equipment, helping farmers improve productivity through innovative and reliable mechanization.

We are looking for a Product Executive to support the development and growth of our Agri Machineries portfolio by assisting in product planning, market analysis, product launches, and cross-functional coordination. The role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and other business teams to ensure effective product management, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

• Develop and update short-term and long-term marketing plans for the Harvester & New Machinery portfolio on a monthly basis.
• Execute marketing campaigns by preparing and delivering promotional materials in line with the approved marketing plan.
• Plan and implement both online and offline marketing activities to generate demand and strengthen brand presence.
• Organize product launches, demonstrations, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
• Monitor product movement, analyze sales trends, and prepare demand forecasts to support business planning.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular market and field visits to gather customer feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify market opportunities.
• Prepare periodic sales, marketing, and market intelligence reports for management.
