1. PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

Ensure production targets are achieved according to customer delivery schedules.

Coordinate with PPC, Merchandising, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Washing (if applicable), and Quality departments.

Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and eliminate production bottlenecks.

2. PRODUCTION OPERATIONS

Manage sewing, finishing, and packing operations.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Maintain smooth production flow throughout all sections.

Minimize downtime and improve overall factory efficiency.

3. PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT

Monitor line efficiency and productivity.

Work closely with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team on line balancing and process improvements.

Reduce overtime through effective planning.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance output.

4. QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Ensure garments meet buyer specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with the Quality department to reduce defects and rework.

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

5. MANPOWER MANAGEMENT

Plan manpower allocation according to production requirements.

Supervise and motivate production staff.

Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.

6. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

Ensure compliance with factory safety rules and buyer Code of Conduct requirements.

Maintain clean and organized production areas.

Support audits related to BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SA8000, and customer compliance.

7. REPORTING

Prepare daily production reports.

Monitor efficiency, absenteeism, overtime, DHU, WIP, and shipment status.

Report production performance to senior management.
