Managing project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling, finishing & Handover the project.

Supervise all site Engineers, Junior Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects others Staffs.

Coordinating with Engineering Department, Clints and consulting firms, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Land & Legal Departments etc.

Supervision construction work, ensuring quality and specification of the project.

Coordination with Design Section for effective implementation projects.

Checking Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing working drawing, problem marking & solving process maintain.

Preparation & Implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Bar chart.

Budgeting & estimating, their proper application to projects & control at site.

Submitted MPR, MRR to head office in proper time.

Cost control & optimum use of material projects.

Quality controlling of Construction work.

Prepare & submit Report projects status, progress report & prepare Interim/Revised project schedule to Management.

Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

Assisting in Contractors & Suppliers by management concern.

Check contractors’ activities work progress, quality of work and evaluate their performance and submitted bill properly.
