· Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites to ensure work quality and timely completion.

·Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, and monitor progress according to approved timelines.

·Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.

·Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.

·Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

·Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues, deviations, and required corrective actions.

·Verify material quality, quantity, and proper utilization at site.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit updates to management.

· Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.

· Assist in preparing BOQ, quantity estimation, material requisitions, and cost control activities.

· Coordinate with the procurement and store departments for timely availability of construction materials.

· Ensure proper documentation of site records, inspection reports, work approvals, and handover documents.

· Monitor project expenses and support maintaining the project within approved budgets.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement necessary safety measures at the project site.

· Participate in project meetings and provide technical support for decision-making.

· Resolve site-related technical problems and provide practical engineering solutions.

Support project completion, snagging, testing, and final handover processes.
