We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and performance-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects, optimize business processes, oversee project execution, and ensure successful delivery of organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality, budget, and timelines.

Job Description:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and successful completion of multiple business and operational projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, implementation strategies, work breakdown structures (WBS), project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with all business units including Sales & Marketing, Ticketing, Visa Processing, Finance & Accounts, HR & Administration, IT, Customer Service, Operations, and Management.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Monitor project progress through regular reviews, status meetings, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks, operational challenges, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Conduct feasibility studies, project analysis, and business impact assessments before project initiation.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
