Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Vehicle Tracking System (VTS), GPS tracking, and fleet management solutions to corporate and individual clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport companies, corporate clients, vehicle owners, dealers, and business partners in the Sylhet region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through field visits, networking, and direct communication.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales service.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market information.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the VTS industry.
  • Submit regular sales and activity reports to management.

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in GPS tracking, automotive, IT, telecom, fleet management, or related industries will be considered an advantage.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication, reporting).
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Sylhet region.
  • Smart, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Must have good knowledge of the Sylhet market and local business environment.
