Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales In-charge (E-commerce) to manage our online sales operations, lead handling, and team performance. The ideal candidate will ensure fast response time, smooth order processing, and achievement of sales targets while maintaining discipline and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor all leads and customer message all of agent (within 3 minutes response time)
• Supervise sales team and ensure proper floor management
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and order processing
• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
• Track team performance and report to management
• Prepare daily sales, lead, and performance reports
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues
• Ensure no lead loss due to negligence
Requirements
• Experience: 2–4 years in E-commerce / Online Sales Leading position (mandatory)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business background Will be plus)
