Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects. Strong sense of space management and lead the interior design process, ensuring the project`s vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals. Manage start-to-end project lifecycle: from ideation to final execution. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, Collaboration & Report to CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates. Translate client needs and brand identity into functional, aesthetic interior spaces. Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models. Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements. Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and execution phases. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
