Job Description
- Formula Development: Design and optimize high-performance formulas for skincare and Household products.
- Testing Oversight: Lead extensive product stability, container compatibility, and micro-efficacy testing.
- Production Scale-Up: Partner with manufacturing to scale trial-size lab batches up to commercial production volumes.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all raw materials and end-products strictly align with local and international cosmetic regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the experimental design work of junior chemists and lab technicians.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Lab.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
