Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and follow up with prospective students throughout the admission process.

Assist students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOP), Motivation Letters, CVs, recommendation letters, and other admission documents.

Submit university applications accurately and within deadlines through university portals or authorized partner platforms.

Provide complete visa counselling, including documentation, financial evidence, Genuine Student (GS)/GTE requirements, and interview preparation.

Mentor and support junior counsellors by sharing destination-specific knowledge and best practices.

Resolve student concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the admission and visa journey.

Collaborate with the admissions, compliance, marketing, and visa processing teams to ensure efficient student support.

Prepare counselling reports, enrollment forecasts, and performance updates for management.
