Responsibilities & Context

Danys Knitwear Ltd. and DNM Apparels Ltd. is a sister concern of Mahbub Group of Industries Ltd. Both are 100% export oriented Knit Garments and Woven Garments and is looking for an experienced, dynamic and energetic persons for its IT & MIS Development to lead and implement IT & MIS, as well as ERP Operations effectively and efficiently at Factory site respectively.

1. ERP System Administration & Implementation

• Act as the super/admin user for Logic ERP, leading the full-module implementation and user training.
• Coordinate directly with software vendors to ensure continuous service, customization, and technical support.
• Oversee and troubleshoot integrated modules: Marketing & Merchandising, Production, Planning, Store Inventory, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Commercial, Sample, Sub-contract, TNA, Accounts, and HRM.

2. Server & Core Software Maintenance

• Configure Windows Server 2016 File Server, Active Directory users/groups, and implement role-based access permissions.
• Maintain and monitor ESET and Kaspersky Antivirus Servers, pushing updates to end-user systems.

3. Cloud, Mail & End-User Support

• Manage Cloud and Mail servers; configure Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Thunderbird on PCs and mobile devices.
• Perform routine, secure mail backups and data preservation.
• Provide comprehensive Help Desk, internal, and external (remote) IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Facilitate virtual meetings, presentations, and remote technical support from the Head Office.

4. Networking, Infrastructure & Security Systems

• Setup, configure, and monitor MikroTik and CISCO routers using network graphs and monitoring tools.
• Manage security systems: CCTV, IP surveillance, DVR/NVR recording systems, and data backups.
• Oversee biometric access control, proximity punch card readers, and finger punch systems linked directly to HRM payroll software for error-free attendance data.

5. Specialized Hardware & Factory Automation

• Setup and configure PABX/IP-Phone systems via web console, managing extension numbers, outgoing call permissions, and multimedia sound setups.
• Manage QR/Barcode reader installations and secure bundle scanning integrated with the ERP system for RMG trade.
• Control and maintain factory PA systems, automated shift alarms, and timed factory bells.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for specialized CAD, Digitize, Plotter, and Embroidery software/hardware support.

6. IT Procurement, Inventory & MIS Reporting

• Manage local IT procurement, justify equipment requisitions, generate purchase orders, and verify IT bills.
• Maintain a detailed IT inventory system (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, UPS, LAN/WAN devices) and log store movements.
• Prepare and compile monthly IT requirements and comprehensive MIS performance reports for Top Management approval.

Experience

• Minimum 06 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and Logic ERP deployment, preferably within the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) at least 04 years in reputed organization.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Knit, Garments Woven, Knitting & Dyeing Logic ERP Enable Companies & Group of Companies.
