Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret the Detailed Area Plan (DAP) 2023–2035 of Dhaka to assess land development opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate development potential by assessing parameters such as Floor Area Ratio (FAR), maximum permissible floor area, Maximum Ground Coverage (MGC), allowable number of units, and other development controls.
• Conduct land suitability analyses and development trend analyses to identify potential land for real estate development.
• Prepare various planning and analytical maps using GIS software, including land use maps, superimpose maps, and other maps as required.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support business planning, project development, and management decision-making.
• Prepare write-ups and content, and design the monthly newsletter of Sheltech.
• Perform other departmental assignments, documentation, and research activities as assigned by the management.
