Prepare, verify, and submit export cash incentive claims to banks within stipulated timelines.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank circulars, government policies, and bank requirements.

Review and maintain all supporting export documents, including EXP, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Back-to-Back L/C, Master L/C, PRC, UD, and PRC.

Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Merchandising, Shipping, Customs & Bond, and Banking partners for smooth claim processing.

Follow up with banks to ensure timely settlement and realization of incentive claims.

Resolve documentation discrepancies and respond to bank observations promptly.

Maintain accurate records, MIS, and claim status reports.

Stay updated with changes in export incentive policies and recommend process improvements.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

General knowledge of Export, Import Documentation, UD & Customs Bond.
