Job Description
Manage dyeing laboratory activities, including the development of shades and recipes.
Monitor the effective application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Dyeing Laboratory.
Oversee color management and ensure DTM (Dyeing to Match) attempts are achieved as per target.
Lead the color matching process for lab dips and bulk production, ensuring precise alignment with buyer swatches/standards.
Analyze dyes and chemicals to formulate the optimal dye recipe combination, ensuring RFT (Right First Time), quality, and cost minimization.
Collaborate with the production team to resolve recipe-related issues.
Ensure the targeted Lab-to-Bulk RFT% is consistently achieved.
Minimize rework, wastage, and chemical costs & Ensure compliance with buyer standards and Eco-regulations.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering (TE) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Garments / Textile / RMG.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
