Job Description
Maintaining Petty Cash as Shift Wise Duty in Cash Book and ERP/Tally.
Prepare vouchers of Payment, Receiving and Journals after proper authorization.
Regular bill adjustments of Ghat/Warehouse.
Prepare suppliers bills and reconciliation.
Banking: Cash withdrawn and Reconciliation
Prepare reports of the Logistics Expenses (Truck, Vessels, Ghat/Warehouse, Rental, etc.).
Consult with the Logistics team on how to be efficient and decrease the expenses.
Documentation and preservation: Scan all vouchers, Documents and preserve accordingly.
Visit Warehouse/Ghat when needed.
Any task assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Having Accounting degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing.
- At least 4 years of experience is needed.
