Job Context:

Interstoff Apparels Ltd. is seeking a proactive, analytical, and result-oriented Senior Executive – Yarn Procurement to manage yarn sourcing and procurement activities for knit garment production. The incumbent will be responsible for supplier development, price negotiation, order execution, shipment follow-up, sustainability and traceability compliance, and ensuring uninterrupted yarn supply in line with production schedules and buyer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Yarn Sourcing & Procurement
  • Source cotton and blended yarns from approved local and international suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations considering quality, price, lead time, payment terms, and capacity.
  • Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Order Management & Execution
  • Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Commercial teams regarding LC, shipping documents, and customs-related matters.
  • Ensure timely booking and availability of yarn as per production plans.
• Sustainability & Traceability Compliance
  • Maintain complete documentation for sustainable and traceable yarns, including Physical BCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS programs.
  • Support buyer and third-party sustainability audits by ensuring availability and accuracy of traceability records.
  • Monitor yarn issuance and consumption to maintain traceability integrity.
• Supplier Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with local and overseas yarn suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service.
  • Resolve supplier-related quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain procurement records including quota
