• We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive, Production to organize and oversee the manufacturing of products. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production activities based on demand from E-Commerce, Modern Trade, Pharma, and Ad-Hoc orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Lead and manage the entire packing unit manpower to ensure optimal productivity, minimum idle hours, and reduced employee turnover.

• Oversee all production processes to ensure smooth operations, proper workflow, and adherence to production schedules.

• Ensure strict Quality Control for both in-process production and incoming packaging materials to maintain product standards.

• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols on the production floor as per company and regulatory compliance.

• Review machine maintenance requirements and coordinate necessary servicing to avoid downtime and production delays.

• Submit monthly stock count and monthly closing reports accurately to Management within the scheduled timeline.

• Prepare and submit PM (Packaging Material) and RM (Raw Material) requisitions to the concerned department in a timely manner to avoid production interruption.

• Continuously monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement; report issues and action plans to Management as needed.

• Ensure proper supervision of all product types, verifying quality consistency and reporting inconsistencies to Management immediately.

• Coordinate and maintain liaison with Inventory, Distribution, SCM, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and documentation guidelines.

• Reduce overtime through proper manpower planning, efficient shift allocation, and workflow optimization.

• Ensure production targets are achieved and work to increase output using the current manpower and machinery capacity.
