Job Description
We are 100% export-oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Quality Management System (QMS) for a Knit Garments Factory.
Job Location will be Rupganj, Narayanganj.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in the factory.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, and company standards.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective & preventive actions.
- Support production and quality teams to identify and solve quality issues.
- Maintain proper QMS documentation and records.
- Arrange training sessions for quality and production staff regarding QMS.
- Communicate with buyers/third parties regarding audits and inspections.
- Ensure smooth execution of quality control procedures at every stage of production.
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by management.

- At least 3 years of experience is needed.
