Job Context:

We are looking to hire an experienced Executive or Senior Executive for Sales & Marketing of CRM department in real estate. This is a target-driven role focused on driving revenue growth by generating leads, conducting site visits, negotiating with high-net-worth clients, and closing sales for residential/commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive project sales, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and negotiate to close deals.
• Implement promotional campaigns, conduct market research on competitors and pricing, and manage digital lead generation activities.
• Meet with prospective clients to present properties, conduct site visits, and build long-term relationships for referrals.
• Prepare sales documentation, client agreements, and booking forms while coordinating with legal and finance teams for seamless transactions.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic sales plans, provide market feedback, and prepare reports on sales activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and managing property handovers.
• Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs.
• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
