Plan, prepare, and deliver individualized lessons based on each child's educational needs.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.

Conduct continuous assessments and maintain detailed student progress records.

Prepare teaching materials and adapt learning resources for different developmental levels.

Use evidence-based teaching methods and positive behavior support strategies.

Collaborate closely with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, attendance, and classroom records.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and home support strategies.

Participate in case conferences, team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Support classroom management while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Ensure confidentiality and safeguard the welfare of every child.

Perform other educational and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Institute.
