Job Context

• The Senior Merchandiser (Woven) holds the accountability for managing the customer accounts from product development and sampling stage till shipment and payment realization, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and timely delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently manage the end-to-end merchandising process for woven shirts & bottoms from product development to bulk production readiness.

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely sample development, approvals, and execution.

• Prepare product costing, negotiate prices, and source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per customer requirements.

• Review tech packs, monitor sample development, and ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and fit requirements.

• Maintain and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans to achieve on-time development milestones and bulk handover.

• Collaborate with technical, QA, and production teams to resolve development issues and ensure smooth bulk production.

• Build strong relationships with buyers and suppliers while identifying process improvements to enhance quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
