Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Conduct time & motion studies, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity analysis.

Prepare and maintain Operation Bulletins (OB) and process documentation.

Implement and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen, 5S, OEE, SMED, and other continuous improvement tools.

Identify process losses, bottlenecks, and waste; recommend and execute improvement initiatives.

Support production planning, manpower optimization, workstation design, and factory layout improvements.

Monitor production KPIs and prepare productivity, efficiency, and operational performance reports.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to drive process improvements.

Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and standard operating practices.

Support operational excellence initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Conduct manpower planning and resource allocation based on production capacity and demand.

Perform monthly operational performance analysis and present improvement recommendations to management.
