1. Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard

2. Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.

3. Setup the sewing line, check consumption

4. Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing

5. Achieve on-time shipment maintaining production work sequence.

6. Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.

7. Monitor the production floor to identify and resolve any problems or bottlenecks. 

8. Ensure all planned activities align with the overall production and shipment plan. 

9. Plan for the right number of operators for each specific sewing process. 

10. Implement and maintain 5S activities on the production floor for a clean and organized workspace. 

11. Monitor and report on productivity and quality levels, taking action to improve both. 

12. Implement process excellence methods to enhance line and operator efficiency. 

13. Offer support and address issues faced by workers, fostering their confidence and loyalty. 

14. Identify and record problems and potential bottlenecks, taking proactive measures to prevent their recurrence.
