High Hope Zhongtian Corporation, formerly known as Jiangsu Branch of China National Textile Import and Export Corporation, was founded on December 10, 1973. It was one of the earliest provincial professional import and export companies established in Jiangsu. In December 1988, it was renamed as Jiangsu Textiles Import & Export (Group) Co., Ltd. In 1994, it was restructured into a joint-stock enterprise and renamed as Jiangsu Textiles Import & Export Group Co., Ltd. In 2000, the company joined Jiangsu Skyrun Corporation and became the main enterprise of Skyrun Group. In 2001, the company built Xingye Building and settled in it. On June 30, 2004, the company was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock name of Jiangsu Textiles and the stock code of 600981, issuing 50 million shares. In October 2006, the company was renamed as Jiangsu Skyrun Corporation. In April 2010, Jiangsu High Hope International Group and Jiangsu Skyrun Corporation were reorganized by means of state-owned equity transfer, and the company became one of the core enterprises of High Hope Group. In 2012, it was renamed as Jiangsu High Hope Corporation. In May 2014, the company and its controlling shareholder High Hope Group initiated major asset restructuring. On July 29, 2015, High Hope Group established a wholly-owned subsidiary “High Hope Zhongtian Corporation” in cash, which was responsible for taking over staff assets and business of the original Jiangsu High Hope Corporation, and continued to fulfill its rights and obligations. In July 2023, the company joined the new SOHO Holdings Group according to the arrangement of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on the reorganization and integration of trading enterprises in Jiangsu. In July 2025, Due to a group-wide restructuring and business development needs, the company’s Chinese name has been changed to “江苏苏豪中天控股有限公司”.
