• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new customers in assigned territories.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Forklifts, Construction Equipment, and other Industrial Products.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions through consultative selling.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, site surveys, and presentations to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the Service, Spare Parts, and Finance teams to ensure smooth product delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, sales activity reports, and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM or reporting system.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain healthy receivable status in coordination with the Finance team.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
