Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, disciplined, and trustworthy Senior Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of the VIP, family members, guests, staff, and residence. The candidate will be responsible for supervising security operations, monitoring access control, and maintaining a secure environment at all times.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of the VIP and family members
- Supervise security personnel and daily security operations
- Monitor visitors, staff, and vehicle access
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents
- Maintain daily security reports and incident records
- Monitor CCTV and security systems
- Enforce security procedures and protocols
- Maintain discipline among security staff
Job Requirements
- Preferred degrees are HSC.
- Experience must be up to 5 years.

Additional Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Age: 28–35 years
- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of security experience
- Previous experience in VIP, residential, corporate, military, police, or private security services preferred
- Physically fit and medically sound
- Clean criminal record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Willing to stay at the duty location on a full-time basis
Duty Schedule
- Duty Hours: 12 hours per shift
- Must reside at the duty location
- 24/7 stay at the residence premises during assignment
- 7 days vacation after every 2 months of service
Compensation and Benefits
