Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot EV, ET, Mishuk & Powder batteries and related electrical systems.

• Test battery voltage, charging system, and battery performance using appropriate testing equipment.

• Replace defective batteries and carry out warranty/replacement services in accordance with company policy.

• Provide on-site and dealer support for battery installation, maintenance, and technical issues.

• Prepare and submit service reports, warranty claim reports, and daily visit reports.

• Educate dealers and customers on proper battery usage, charging, storage, and maintenance.

• Coordinate with the Service Center In-Charge regarding service activities and customer complaints.

• Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and company assets in good condition.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Perform any other service-related duties assigned by the Management.
