Job Description
- শোরুমের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
- বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন এবং বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি নিশ্চিত করা।
- স্টাফদের দায়িত্ব বণ্টন, তদারকি ও কর্মদক্ষতা মূল্যায়ন করা।
- কাস্টমার সার্ভিসের মান বজায় রাখা এবং গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ দ্রুত সমাধান করা।
- পণ্যের স্টক, ডিসপ্লে ও মার্চেন্ডাইজিং সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
- দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক বিক্রয় রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া।
- ক্যাশ, ব্যাংক ডিপোজিট ও আর্থিক লেনদেনের সঠিকতা নিশ্চিত করা।
- কোম্পানির নীতিমালা, SOP ও শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রাখা।
- নতুন কর্মীদের প্রশিক্ষণ ও গাইডলাইন প্রদান করা।
- শোরুমের নিরাপত্তা, পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা।
- স্টক ভেরিফিকেশন, ইনভেন্টরি কন্ট্রোল ও ক্ষয়ক্ষতি কমানোর ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা।
- HR, Accounts ও Operations বিভাগের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
- বাজার পরিস্থিতি ও প্রতিযোগীদের কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করে কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা।
- কোম্পানির সম্পদ ও গোপনীয় তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
- ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রদত্ত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
Job Requirements
