The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the organization`s social media interactions, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, ensure online sales, maintaining a positive online reputation, and updating website content accurately. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple digital platforms efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Monitor all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, messages, and inquiries.

• Escalate customer complaints or critical issues to the appropriate department.

• Monitor online reviews and assist in maintaining the company`s online reputation.

• Publish scheduled posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events.

• Track social media engagement and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Stay updated with current social media trends and best practices.

Website Data Entry & Content Management

• Update website content, including text, images, product information, promotions, and announcements.

• Upload new products, services, menus, galleries, blogs, and news articles.

• Ensure all website information is accurate, consistent, and up to date.

• Maintain image quality and optimize files for website performance.

• Check website links, forms, and pages regularly to ensure proper functionality.

• Coordinate with the IT or web development team for technical issues and improvements.

• Maintain backups of website content and digital assets where required.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain digital records and marketing assets.

• Prepare reports on social media engagement, website updates, and digital activities.

• Assist in digital marketing campaigns and online advertising when required.
