As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing operation from strategy to execution. We are looking for someone who understands both journalism and digital media, thinks like a growth strategist, writes compelling campaigns, understands audience behavior, and knows how to build an engaged community around a news brand.

This is a leadership role with complete ownership of marketing initiatives. You will develop the strategy, execute campaigns, manage the creative team, and report directly to senior management.

Daily Tasks & Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content distribution strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp Channels.

• Plan and oversee production of short-form videos, news explainers, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content.

• Work closely with the editorial team to identify high-impact stories and maximize their reach through social media.

• Create engaging campaigns around breaking news, special reports, interviews, investigations, elections, national events, and trending topics.

• Research platform trends, audience behavior, and emerging content formats to increase organic reach and engagement.

• Brief designers and video editors with clear creative direction for graphics, motion design, thumbnails, and promotional assets.

Audience Growth & Digital Marketing

• Develop strategies to grow website traffic, app downloads, newsletter subscribers, and returning visitors.
